He walked me through all the options without any pressure, answered every question thoroughly, and helped me find the right appliances to fit both my needs and my budget. You can tell he really cares about making sure you’re happy with the purchase. The showroom itself is impressive.. easily one of the best in the GTA.. but it’s the service from people like Roni that sets this place apart. Would highly recommend asking for Roni if you’re shopping here. Will definitely be back for future purchases.

Yes yes yes! I was in the market for new appliances and was recommended by a friend to go to Best Brand. I am so happy I did. Having little knowledge about the products I was looking to purchase, I went into it needing a lot of guidance and advice. Right off the bat, the displays caught my attention. I appreciate a store that takes pride in their appearance. All the products were showcased proudly, which made browsing around really enjoyable. The Dacor display I found especially impressive, which ultimately solidified my decision to purchase those specific units. Seeing the display allowed me to envision the appliances in my own home. Any of the team members I spoke to were more than happy to answer all of my questions. They were the complete opposite of pushy salespeople, and genuinely were there to offer assistance. They made great suggestions and also advised me on things I really didn't need. Their honestly was appreciated. Aside from the great service, their prices were competitive and like my friend recommending Best Brand to me, it's my turn to recommend them to the next person!

He went above and beyond to ensure I was getting the best deal, and the best experience. From the initial visit to the showroom, to delivery of the appliances, and even afterwards when I had to pivot due to a factory issue with the fridge, Harpal was there guiding me and making sure I was informed and knew what my options were.
